Online Ordering Policies
Thank you for your purchase of Chronic Audio products, we at Chronic Audio, will always strive to provide you with the best quality car audio, and clothing product for the money period.
Ordering
Chronic Audio requires a minimum order of $3.00 USD.
Product Delivery
Most orders will be shipped the following business day. Occasionally we have back orders, and you will be notified of an approximate delivery date. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Warranty
Chronic Audio product warranty is to be free from manufactures defects for the period of one year. Chronic Audio reserves the right to determine, if the product is a manufactures defect, or abuse. Chronic Audio will replace any manufactures defective product with a new one of same model, or an equivalent value. Please call, or email Chronic Audio to get our shipping address. Please include what you think is wrong with the item.
International Shipping
We can ship anywhere the USPS delivers; you will pay ACTUAL freight, PLUS $2.00 USD for packing materials, and handling. Please email us at: info@chronicaudio.com state what items you want, include your shipping address, and we will email you back with a USD total, and further instructions to complete the transaction.
Privacy
Your information will not be sold or given to any third party.
Back Order
The demand for our products is extremely high due to our high quality and low prices. On occasion orders exceed production. If this occurs we will contact you to specify the earliest delivery date. Any other items that you order will be shipped. If this is not acceptable, please make note of this in the Message section of our order form. If we enact a price increase, your lower price will not change. Should the price decrease - you will receive the lower price.
